Santarome Bio bud macerates are prepared according to the method of Dr. Pol Henry: maceration for 21 days in a mixture of 1/3 water + 1/3 alcohol. + 1/3 glycerine. The mixture is filtered to preserve all the benefits of the plant.

Hawthorn reduces the nervousness of adults and children, especially in case of difficulty falling asleep.

Instructions for use :

Take 15 to 30 drops at night depending on your sleep difficulties, pure or diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). To drink outside meals.
